But I am available, contact me via cell phone or in person if necessary ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD&BEACH: Maresias is the most famous and popular beach on the North Coast of São Paulo. gastronomy, bars, cafes, markets and close to other beautiful beaches such as Paúba and Toque-Toque Pequeno HOW TO GET AROUND IN MARESIAS Maresias beach is a small neighborhood of São Sebastião, with approximately 10 km of shoreline; if your stay is during the high season, it is recommended that you walk and leave your car at home to avoid stress. If the neighborhood is quiet, the car can be a great option to move faster, including between the neighboring beaches – which, by the way, is a super tour tip that I leave!! There are few car spaces on the streets, but there are several paid parking options with showers along the entire avenue. If you come to Maresias by another means of transport other than a car, you can also easily rely on public transport, bike rental and if you're a little lucky, a private app driver

The pool is integrated into the gourmet area with barbecue, where you can have a barbecue and relax on the sun loungers having some #goodDrinks

In the living/dining room there is a sofa, 43'' SMART TV, Wi-Fi, portable fan and dining table (sleeps 4 people)
Complete kitchen, equipped with kitchen/barbecue utensils and top-of-the-line appliances.

There are 2 suites with air conditioning and built-in closets to store your belongings The ideal space for you to enjoy as a couple or in groups of up to 5 guests on the weekend or longer periods.

1. RESPECT TO THE URBAN SILENCE PROGRAM (PSIU):

- It is mandatory to observe the silent period from 10pm to 8am.

2. PROHIBITION OF EVENTS OR PARTIES:

- Events or parties are not permitted on the premises.

3. SMOKING ONLY IN OUTSIDE AREAS:

- Smoking is only permitted in the external areas of the accommodation.

4. GUEST LIMIT AND OCCUPANCY:

- Guests must respect the maximum occupancy limit established and the number of guests approved in the reservation. Consult the host if you wish to include more guests.

5. GUEST INFORMATION:

- It is necessary to provide information for all guests in advance to grant access to accommodation;

6. CLEANING:

- Guests must not leave the accommodation in a state that requires excessive or heavy cleaning. Cleaning fees set by Hosts only cover the cost of standard cleaning.

7. DAMAGES:

- When guests cause damage to the accommodation beyond normal wear and tear, they may be charged for this.

8. RESPECT TO THE CONDOMINIUM RULES:

- Guests must respect the condominium rules in common areas.
