ABOUT THE HOUSE: Located in a gated community just 100 meters from the stunning Maresias beach, this house offers security and comfort amidst the region’s lush nature. With an inviting pool inside the condominium, guests can enjoy a refreshing swim at any time, enhancing the beach experience with relaxation and leisure.

Bedroom 1 (Suite): Queen bed and air conditioning.

Bedroom 2: Double bed and air conditioning.

Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds and air conditioning.

Our accommodation includes bed linen and towels and will be available according to the number of guests in the reservation. For changes during the stay or blankets, an additional fee is charged.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Completely equipped with a microwave, water filter, electric coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, and air fryer. The kitchen is designed for guests to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a special dinner, making every meal a memorable part of the trip.

Guests have access to all areas of the house and can also use the condominium pool.

Check-In/Check-Out: Check in directly at the reception, picking up the key from the caretaker (until 10 PM).
